Dr. Mahmoud Allam has been appointed Assistant Provost for Academics.  The appointment was announced by Prof. Tarek Khalil, Acting President & Provost of NU.

In his new position, Dr. Allam will be working closely with Dr. Khalil in managing and developing NU's academic programs while continuing to serve as CIT Program Director.

Dr. Allam joined Nile University project in 2004 and was among the team who founded NU. He holds a bachelor degree and a master degree in electrical engineering from Cairo University and a Ph.D. degree in engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
